It does for you. But it does not releave your leasor. So if you agreed to pay your leasor's taxes, they could hold you accoutable. But if so, you would ahve gotten taken advatnage of, because one of the reasons Fair MArket Values have a higher lease finance rate, is you don't have the taxes.
