Those cards are for metering applications and they are a build to order product with a 1k pieces MOQ. So to dispel any myths or issues they are NOT TV Whitespace radios and not widely available.

I think they are targeting remote meter reading markets with this radio not broadband. The frequency range is also probably useable in other bands outside the US.
