fyi... Looks like we get a LITTLE bit more time to file.

If you've not done it I suggest you do so this time. I'd not be at all
surprised if all of that grant money weren't somehow guided to orgs that can
prove a history of service already.

Have fun!

Subject: More FYI -- Form 477 (DEADLINE is now MARCH 16)

Also FYI, here's a response we've been sending to general questions
about the new Form 477 "census tract" requirements. * * * THE FILING
DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY, MARCH 16. * * *

For more detailed information pertaining to the Form 477 census tract
requirements, please see the Form 477 Census Tract Information webpage,
http://www.fcc.gov/form477/censustracts.html. You have three methods
for obtaining the needed Form 477 census tract data:
1) You can click on the following link which provides a useful resource
for matching individual service-location addresses to census tracts on a
case-by-case basis, http://www.ffiec.gov/Geocode/default.aspx.
2) You can use U.S. census tract outline maps to identify year-2000
census tract boundaries, http://ftp2.census.gov/plmap/pl_trt/. They are
listed by state and then by county and can be viewed to the road/street
level.
3) Vendors can help you geo-code addresses to census tracts, for
example, http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/geo/vendors?A.
