I guess some clarification is probably needed on the definition of Wholesale and Bandwidth.
For example, is Comcast willing to route your IPs and do BGP and such, just like any other upstream transit provider? Or are they just willing to sell you a high capacity discount Comcast service? Are you looking to get Comcast to the end user's premise, or trying to get a fat pipe in a Colo or something?
