(They are providing a utility) What utility is there that you pay the same fee no matter how much you use it. Water, telephone, cellular, Gas, Electric. I would love to pay $39.99 a month for my gas bill no matter how much of it I use. Sure my bill this month was $13. But in Jan when it was $185. Guess the Gas company is just AIG-style Greedy. Guess there is another Option we could get the government to take over all the upstream providers and give us unlimited bandwidth at no cost. Then I could afford to build up and not worry about bandwidth costs.
