If you happen to have the $100k laying around I say go for it.

I'd start MUCH smaller and grow organically though.  You should be able to 
start with less than $25k and keep the rest for operating and unexpected 
expenses.

I've got nearly 7000 square miles lit up and have been at this for just 
short of a decade now and I've barely spent $100k on infrastructure!

Having said that, no one here can give you a good answer with so little 
info.

We need to know a lot more about your expected customer base.

Geography.

Current competition.

Expected competition.

Available resources (will it be just you or do you already have a company up 
and running?).

And about 100 more questions.

Answer those to get started....
