This was discussed on this list as recent as 3-10-09 in the "Easy Ethernet up the tower" thread, but here ya go again...
Run a 25pr CAT5 cable (or two if you need) up the tower and then break it out into a punch down inside a NEMA4 enclosure on top. I believe Mohawk, Superior Essex or both have armor jacketed outdoor cable for this purpose. Each 25pr cable is the equivalent of running six individual CAT5 cables.
