I think it's going to be important for WISPA to educate the government
and the public so they learn to differentiate between broadband FIXED
wireless Internet access and MOBILE (i.e. cellular) wireless Internet
access. If we don't differentiate these two different services then the
grants (and the service) definitions can become and remain muddied. We
already made this point once in public at the Las Vegas hearing but
IMHO we really need to keep bringing this point up. No one else seems
