I think it really needs to tie into the net you've seen (if any). 1 to 1.5 annual revenue seems to hold up pretty well. More if you have a great customer base (lots of high dollar businesses) vs. the average (mix of business but mostly resi).
It's a business like most any other as far as profit margins and sales go. At least that's what we're seeing so far. The big exception to that is when a guy is going broke or just wants to get out, no matter what. Then these go for pennies on the dollar.
