I'm sure this has been asked before but what ratio are some of you using for customer vs. available bandwidth? We aren't experiencing any problems at the moment but I want to know when we should start looking to add capacity. Our competitor is running 20 up and 20 down but has 500+ customers on it and if I do a speed test the pings are fast, 32 or so, but it's really "jerky" on the download and uploads. So...... What is a good REAL WORLD ratio that you use that is smooth?
