Steve, Yes, supporting "Reply Comments" from WISPs CAN help make a difference. Now that WISPA has filed official "Comments", the next step is to file "Reply Comments". The deadline to file "Reply Comments" is November 13th. Within a few days, we will have read through the "Comments" and then we will post some bullet points that WISPs can make in their own "Reply Comments". The more WISPs that file "Reply Comments" (even non-WISPA members) the stronger the case for the FCC to do what WISPs are asking them to do.
