Why <30 surprise you? We have a very old Nstreme-Dual link going about 1 mile and it has been getting 90Mbps w/ 1ms latency for YEARS. 90% of the problem with MikroTik is that people have no idea how to use it. You don't just plug it in and go. We spent about 3 years learning, tweaking, deploying and testing.
Anyway, to answer your question, yes the 1mile 180Mbps link is using R52N card, and Nstreme.
