I haven't tried MT 4.x yet, but the other 3.x frequency scan only showed 802.11 stuff with the same channel size too. For a half way useful scan, you'd have to scan on 5,10,20,40 mhz channel sizes and compile the results yourself. They've traditionally been weak on spectrum analysis and noise floor measurement, but I'd be glad to see that change.
