The market itself is becoming more aware of fixed wireless so it's an easier
sell however the equipment costs and ease of operation are now to the point
where anyone can purchase, install and blast 2.4ghz at full power in all
directions. I see the lowered cost of equipment as a good thing as far as
ROI however I'm seeing private individuals with the newer stuff and using it
with total disregard to FCC regulations. As if the 2.4 spectrum wasn't a
mess already these novice users are going to wipe out what was left of it
and will migrate to the 5ghz as well. I think the next year will see more
and more of these baby-wispers doing their own PTP, causing us lots of
trouble. In a few years I see running a licensed operation as the only way
to avoid most of the mess.

Happy New Year folks. One simple multiple choice question:

For 2010, are you more or less optimistic than you were in 2009?

A - Much more

If you'd care to explain your answer, that's be great.
