I guess we'll wait and see if they think it was worth it 2-3 years from now. If not a leasing company, any bank would have probably loaned $106,000 toward this company if they put EVERYTHING on the line like they did for this loan. Yes, they get a better interest rate, but so what? If 3% vs. 6% is a deal breaker, you should probably be finding another business to be in.
