Install eyehooks in each panel and daisey chain a wire through the panels. Connect the cable to a pair of N/C contacts on an ethernet SMS alarm panel. They cut the cable, you grt an alarm.
Otherwise find some way to connect them together so its really time consuming or difficult to disassemble My experience has been if they can't take it, they usually damage it. Using one of the modules a circuit was made between the door and some contact. Once the circuit was broken an alarm went off and the company with cops waited for them at the base.
