Try a second member in the center to properly brace it completely vertically, wrap all of the pot metal joints with eletrical tape and hope it disappears LOL...
Also look at the bottom of the antenna mount where the coax comes out - this is roughly 3 times the size of the coax cable that is bouncing around there..
