I've got stuff you can't find on Ebay. Last time I checked it hadn't sold for enough to be worth my while to photograph and list it. (Old dialup equipment) As far as classifieds, my input is to have something like the craigslist system, but also have a list we can subscribe to so that by email we can receive a summary of new posts each day. I really don't mind the occassional post to the list of used items for sale, as it's often useful.
