Agree for the most part, but as of recently we've been dealing with the latency through their network over in the New England region...frustratingly, Cogent is not owning up to it at the moment, but I'm guessing with their low Mbps per pricing and the economy being in the dumps, they've probably have done well in selling onto their network which has now become oversubscribe...well at least in the Boston-NYC corridor as other parts of their network seem fine.
