That sounds attractive. I made the ultimate decision to move to outsourced email due to one driving factor: fear. Fear of losing our server and not having a backup, or having a backup that was too old. Nightly backups of the mail server is just not enough. With this many users, email is being delivered non-stop, so if you don't have up-to-the-moment mirroring, you've lost data when your server goes down.
