Ohio is a fairly well populated state. (You may think not, but just wait until the next election to see how big Ohio is.) More than likely multiple of those carriers service those areas. I'm just trying to say that most WISPs that don't already have VoIP live areas that I guarantee you XO and Global Crossing couldn't find on a map with Google's help.
I thought Pac West folded when they ran out of money, but I guess not. I haven't looked at their penetration since then because of this. Verizon depends on which part of the house is selling it this time.
