Marlon, It depends on what you mean by "reload windows". You might need a file recovery program such as Data Recovery Wizard, etc. Or it may be as simple as rolling it back to an earlier restore date. For transferring files, I use an invaluable tool: http://thetornado.com - so easy a chimp can do it!
