I'm using Spectrum now, and at 65/meg, it hurts, since my use is going up as much as 10% a month. Not only that, I haven't been able to get anyone to talk to me or respond to emails in six months, except for matters of collecting money. They're all over that, but I'm too small, I guess, to warrant anyone's time for any other matters.
