The gizmo is actually what propels the craft, using only wave power.
It's a patented system that our client developed a few years back, and
it's actually capable of making the raft either stay put or move in any
direction at up to several knots. It has actually travelled all the way
from Hawaii to San Diego autonomously. We feel very lucky to have been
picked to provide the wireless cam equipment.

about 20 miles down the coast it could tell you an awful lot about
whether to spend the time and money to go fishing or diving coupled
along with the temperature and wind data NOAA already provides.
