Really? . So what happens to every cell site that they build on that relies on GPS for sync and timing? I like where they say that in reality the system will only effect 10% of present GPS users at the power level they will be using. No as much of a big deal unless you are one of those 10% using GPS for surveying, or landing aircraft, or routing emergency vehicles to the scene of incidents, or........
