Faisal, it makes sense. We're closer to the equator than the Sahara and the sun is very, very strong and the nights cool and damp. Perhaps that may have influenced my experience.

Not everything is getting build like Sherman tanks ! Weep holes are necessary..and there is a reasonable size and location for them..
