The lights are nice, but they are not the most accurate way to align. Best way to align is with a laptop / looking at the web interface.
There are some folks who have setup an elaborate setup.. (using a wifi cpe, with passthru poe cable and using a Drod app to see the radio signal....) The really nice thing about the reflectors is that the back side of the radio points downward to the ground, which 'isolates' it from hearing on the back side other AP's and adding noise to the noise floor.
