Not sure if it's "outdoor temp rated", but for the price of an HP
1810-24G v2 (around $250), you really can't go wrong. Very good feature
sets, excellent prices.

I am trying to set up a VLAN trunk between our office and tower over a
60ghz gigabit link. I want to have all the tower APs and backhauls
plugged in to a port at the tower and have them show up on a matching
port in the office, one VLAN per port.
I tried to do this with one of the new Mikrotik CRS but the
configuration is incredibly clunky and I can't get it working. They
also seem to be missing a few key features like STP.
I need a switch that has:
tag/untag traffic on access ports
run STP/RSTP on two trunk ports for a primary and backup wireless link
1 or preferably more SFP ports (gigabit link is fiber interface)
min 16 copper gige ports
outdoor temperature rated
prefer runs on DC power
Any suggestions? I've not done much with managed switches and VLANs
before, so no idea what is out there.
Thanks
