Well... I have never had a problem with godaddy and we take care of the customer support. Everything the sub needs is provided for them in their webmail home page. Mobile email setup, outlook, Iphone, droid...etc is all just a hyperlink and its done. It has been too easy. I didn't say it was free :-) , but it sure is sweet
