Are you printing checks from QB? If you use a 3rd party program to print checks using blank check stock, you aren’t going to have much luck with QB online. There were a bunch of other issues too but the conversion process did not go smoothly either. Then when we converted back, we lost something like 6 months of bank account information and had to re-enter it all.
