We had a contract with CL for a 100/100 fiber line ($1400 / month) and the contract did allow us to resell it. We made sure that was the case prior to signing the contract. However, after 4 months of delays installing the circuit in a building where they already had fiber, we cancelled. They are great at selling the product, not so great at delivering it. But, pricing was pretty competitive in our area.
