Question: Any tips for setting up a Pocket PC (PDA) with a 802.11b Compact Flash Wi-Fi Modem Card running and a USB Adpator 802.11b on the Home PC ? I am wandering if an additional Router or Access Point for the Home Network is neccessary to complete the 'circuit' , or even some ethernet work-around in 10/100. Anyone know if Active Sync is supported ? The actual products are: Pocket PC 2002 Winows CE 3.0 and above. D-Link 802.11b Wireless Modem 64-128bit WEP D-Link USB Adaptor 802.11b 64-128bit WEP There is absolutley no advertising around on the product websites, but some information at forums. Before getting to D-Link on the phone I am hoping there may be someone here with experience in this Home Network with a PDA. How about security settings in Ad Hoc or Ad Hoc 802.11b rather than the default "open" setting ? Thanks for any set up help or comments .... Member/Cbgerry.
