Turn on the MAC filtering, and allow only the your WLAN card's MAC 
address to access your network, also make sure you change the Access 
Point's Login and Password so whomever may be connecting couldn't 
just log on and add their own MAC to the list. 

You could also check the IP inbound and outbound logs.
