I faced this problem in one of the installations,
Wireless router ip: 192.168.0.1
client ip: 192.168.0.4
Not able to browse web:
clinet: ping 192.168.0.1 -t : request time out: 100 % loss
changed channel from 6 to 11
clinet: ping 192.168.0.1 : replies: 0 % loss
Able to browse web
In the above case, what puzzels me is that when there is a 100% loss on channel 6 how
did the client manage to get a (DHCP) ip assigned by the wireless router? The
information of the DHCP offer pact should have failed too!!!
Any insight into this situation?
