Dear

There are problem with your NIC driver. so first of
all run this command on your PCs " c:\>ipconfig
renew_all"  or " c:\>ipconfig release_all" and restart
the pcs.

If problem is still there then change the PCs NIC slot
and reinstall the NIC driver.
