The Aironet WLAN products put out 100mW (20dBm) which together with a 21dBi antenna, allowing for 6dB loss in the cabling (100 ft WBC400), would result in an EIRP of 35dBm. This exceeds the allowed FCC EIRP of 1W (30dBm) in the ISM band. I recommend that you limit the antenna gain to 15dBi, a parabolic grid antenna will meet your needs.
