bdek, If you have more than 4 or 5 neighbors within reach (line of site mostly) you may be ale to get your connection for free through Netacity.com and have international roaming with it. give me a shout at 877.280.4048 if you would like to explore this further. Otherwise, I like the linksys products. they are efficient and wells upported. How do you mean '2km' are you trying to set up a network that will extend 2 kilometers? If so you will need more hrdwr. than an access point, but I will refrain from going further without having my tech. help in order not to stear your wrong.
