Cheap and working without problems for a year now (> 10km), 2 dlink
dwl900ap+ mounted close to arial (Quad in old small sat dish). If you can
get a C1 or B1 HW version this is much to prefer from the newest C2 which
sucks. There are problems with all FW later that 2.5 for B1 and 3.02 for C1
and C2. The dropped packages will be a lot unless you choose short preample
in the setup of dwl900ap+. In my location we don't nedd to think of freshnel
you may be should.

I am interested - what is star-os is it the system mentioned here
http://bcwireless.net/moin.cgi/StarOS or is it something totally different ?
