After a STA responds RTS with CTS, it sets NAV of those STAs hearing CTS. I'm wondering if STA in a adjacent channel will also set NAV.
For instance, STA 1 & STA 2 are in channel 1 and STA 3 is in channel 3. 1) STA 1 sends RTS with destination = STA 2. 2) STA 2 responds with CTS to RTS. ---> Does STA 3 in channel 2 will set NAV? Does it recognize CTS frame on channel 1? Looking forward to hearing answers for any of you. Thank you in advance!!! ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Yahoo!
