Harshal: The LDAP support mentioned in the Aironet 350 product page is in relation to Cisco's ACS server....LDAP support is not a L2 authentication type in an access point that I am aware of.

The Cisco Aironet 350 APs support LDAP and DHCP out-of-the-box: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/witc/ao350ap/prodlit/a350a_ds.htm It also supports 802.1x which will allow you to generate per-session encryption keys. Since you are already using Cisco APs, check if your model supports these features too.
