Each node in the network will have a different signal strength. So you
will have to measure it at each node for the numbers to make any
sense. Also, the strength depends on the transmitter and its location.
For a network with 'n' nodes you will have n*(n-1) possible values of
this measurement.

If you tell us what is it that you are really trying to do, maybe we
can suggest an alternative solution.
