It's skipping the bytes in the byte details...  Perhaps this is how it's always
been and for the past decade I've never paid attention but as far as I recall
most decodes run sequentially through the payload.  In this case we were
chasing a GTPu length error in a tool and clicked TCP and then IP and so forth
to start double-checking the three bytes are missing.  For a few minutes we
were three-bytes short until we went back to the packet bytes.

If it's just how it is then feel free to close.
