There is no sequence number or N-PDU fields to show as the header explicitly
says that they are not present. Printing them would be confusing.
As 29.281 states that the room for those fields should be present as soon as a
one of the E, S or PN bits are set (but not set by the sender and ignored by
the receiver), maybe we could display the corresponding bytes as spare, or
reserved, but it could also be confusing.
