I got it to work...!!! I was trying to run wireshark from the main directory.

I found this on the web.

I get NO errors when I do a build.

If I double click on the wireshark.exe file... I get this:



If I type in wireshark.exe on the command line... I get this:



One things after another.

You might need to "rebase" your Cygwin installation:
