OK, I changed the path.  Before restarting, I checked my Events log.  It
said:
"Parsed 4 entries in crontab C:\PVSW\Tango2000\Configuration\crontab.txt."

So, it sounds like it was able to read the file without the double
backslashes.  Do you still think that was the problem?
