I can't remember the status of this problem and I thought it was mainly with the To address, but at one point there was an issue with certain mailservers and the addresses. The solution was to enclose the addresses inside of an '<' and '>'. In your example the entry would be <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. If you were using a meta tag it would be <<@YOURTAGGOESHERE>>.
Hope this helps, Steve Smith Skadt Information Solutions Office: (519) 624-4388 GTA: (416) 606-3885 Fax: (519) 624-3353 Cell: (416) 606-3885 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web: http://www.skadt.com -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Stephen Arnold Sent: May 15, 2002 3:37 PM To: Multiple recipients of list witango-talk Subject: RE: Witango-Talk: Mail ID problem w/Tango, Mac OSv8.6, T2k Troy: Thanks for your reply. Your answers are: 1) [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a valid email account 2) It is specified in the FROM filed in the mail action We still receive the Received: from myunknowndomain (208.246.231.136) but you can see from the quote that the return path is specified correctly. Maybe its a EIMS issue and not a T2K issue.
