I would guess it has something to do with your mail server.  
My first hunch was that your dns was not set up correctly and the 
208.246.231.136 ip address was not resolving to a reverse dns entry, but I 
checked your dns entries out, and everything looks correct in there.

Maybee your mail server wants the from address like this:
(orders onlytoys)[EMAIL PROTECTED]
So it actually has a name to go with the address.
