Two strange things

1. At least two users are occasionally clicking on a link and seeing another
users Main menu. It seems to be random. There is a proxy server in the mix
somewhere. Do I need to create a random number and attach it as a part of an
href? This happened to me once before and that was the only solution. I
tried all the header manipulations in the past but none of them we fool
proof. Only the &random= worked.

Here is the clients note
* I had the same situation yesterday we experienced the other day- I was
logged in as superuser and editing staff, etc., and clicked on main menu
and was taken to Lou Tenaglias mainmenu. Ive never logged in as him from
my machine, so I dont know how ended up there.

2, There is a tcf file that I use to generate all the drop down menu's when
as user logs in and then as user scope variables they can be used everywhere
they are needed . Everything was fine before this latest server change on
the IT department but now the drop down just disappear sometimes. Do I need
to
A. Set them as application scope/ Or do I need to look for one of them in
the header and if it is empty load them again. And if I need to do that can
I do it with one file that loads them on the users way to the next result
page or do I need to put an if statement and the beginning of all my taf
files so if one of the key variables is empty it loads them all up again.
