OK no one took a shot at this so here is what I did. After each
<@UserReferanceArgument> I add &nc=<@RANDOM Low='1000' High='2000000'>

Fo this one I looked to see if one of the drop pop up list arrays where
empty then just reload everything 1st.

If anyone does have better ideas than I'll give them a try.
