I have used Mdeamon mail server http://www.deerfield.com for years and it can handle multiple domains and is very easy to setup and manage. And the price is very good ;-) It handle POP3, IMAP, SMTP and come with its own Web Client

I am running several domains on one large machine running IIS Win 2000 / Large App Server
I was wondering what those use out there for people wanting pop mail for their domains as well.
